Welp just when you thought we’d made it through the Olympics without any drama from #TeamUSA (major drama) here comes the diet version of #MichaelPhelps #RyanLochte with the shenanigans.

So #GoldMedal swimmer Ryan Lochte & teammate James Feigen have been indicted on charges of false reporting of a crime, the Federal Police of #Brazil confirmed.

Police in #Rio said Thursday that there was no evidence that the two U.S. swimmers were robbed at gunpoint like they alleged earlier this week. They noted that at least one of the swimmers vandalized the bathroom of a gas station where the group of athletes stopped on their way home to the Olympic Village from a party Saturday night.

The athletes were confronted by security officers, and they offered the gas station employees 100 Reais and $20 to cover the damages,” #ABCNews reported. “Police said a gun was shown by one of the security officers because the athletes were getting aggressive, but excessive force was not used.

Lochte claims that while they were stopped at the gas station, two men dressed in uniforms with badges and guns approached them and ordered them to give them their wallets. “No robbery was committed against these athletes,” Fernando Veloso, chief of civil police, said during a news conference Thursday. “They were not victims of the crimes they claimed.” .

Though Lochte has returned to the U.S., the three other swimmers were detained in Brazil, shortly before their flight was scheduled to depart from Rio.

And yall thought Mike smoking a Lil Mary was bad 😂😂😂😂😂 .
